SEPHORA – Operations Project Manager

The purpose of this position is to support assessing and implementing operational initiatives to support organization.
This individual will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and operationalizing issue management across our organization. They will act as the store expert, serving as a leader for projects, driving change across the organization, building strong relationships within several departments including Supply Chain, IT, Property Development and Merchandising.
In addition, this position will work across the organization to identify “root cause” issues preventing achievement of goals and drive the remediation activities required to solve issues. They will identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems, through the use of analytics and business judgment, provide recommendations supported by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
