PWI Construction, a national leader in commercial general contracting and construction management, has completed two new retail projects, one in Las Vegas and one in Beverly Hills. The firm is also a premium vendor on the 4URPSPACE Global Vendor Marketplace, where professionals connect and show their work.

Design Within Reach – Las Vegas

At Tivoli Village, PWI completed a 10,000 SF tenant improvement for Design Within Reach, bringing the modern furniture retailer’s first Nevada location to life. The store reflects the brand’s signature style and delivers an elevated shopping experience to the Las Vegas market.

AMIRI – Beverly Center

In Los Angeles, PWI partnered with luxury fashion brand AMIRI on a 4,000 SF tenant improvement at the Beverly Center. The project features high-end finishes, specialty lighting, and custom millwork that embody AMIRI’s modern aesthetic. This marks PWI’s third collaboration with AMIRI.

Notable design elements include custom carpet, artisan-applied sand finish plaster, and porcelain tile, materials chosen to enhance the store’s refined atmosphere.
